HISTORY
Humanagers was established in 2001 to meet a need for quality advice on training and educational services required by Government departments and larger private enterprises looking to capitalise on the opportunities for alignment of training and development with their strategic directions.
Humanagers has developed an enviable reputation in the design, development and implementation of training and assessment services that used Training Packages as the basis of integrated Human Resource strategies for human capital development to meet strategic priorities.
Since its establishment, Humanagement Pty Ltd has undertaken a range of projects involving the development of organisation/enterprise Learning Frameworks that have tied together Job/Person Specifications, performance management; performance development and workplace assessment to strategic priorities of the organisation/enterprise.
In 2003, Humanagers became a Registered Training with a limited number of AQF qualifications on its scope of registration. Although Humanagers deliver accredited training across Australia, its focus is still primarily the management of training systems and initiatives to meet client's strategic needs.
Humanagers has a preference and continues to work collaboratively with public and private providers under the AQTF arrangements.
